Villa Severino

The main speciality of the restaurant includes Neapolitan pizzas made in an ecologically manufactured oven.

The pizza master behind Villa Severino is Severino Salzano, who moved from Italy to Finland, and has been developing his pizza for years. The crust is made from spelt and whole-wheat flour, and the pizzas are made from a dough that has risen for three days. The end result is a very soft, fluffy pizza. For dessert, Severino offers a special 100% organic artisan ice cream. The elegant restaurant brings a new type of experience to the customers of Helsinki Outlet – as finally you can enjoy not only lunch but also dinner with friends and family.

The Fazzone pizza oven is one of its kind in Finland. Premium seasonal ingredients are chosen for all the toppings of the pizzas. In addition to Neapolitan pizzas, the menu also includes other regional food classics, such as pastas, meatballs in tomato sauce, and a baba dessert flavoured with rum. The unique mozzarella comes from an Italian producer Latteria Sorrentina, who has hand-picked the cheese for the restaurant. Domestic meats are from Chef Wotkin's. The wines come from the award-winning La Fortezza winery and the beers from the Jacobstad brewery. The Neapolitan Kremoso roastery is exclusively responsible for all the coffee. The 240 square meter restaurant seats 40 customers.
